If you suspect a hardware problem with your snom product, you should contact the company that you purchased it from for assistance. If you are an end customer, this means the valued added reseller (VAR) that either installed your system or provided you with snom products. If you are a VAR, you should contact your snom product distributor and they can assist in getting you a replacement if the snom product is still covered by the initial product warranty.
