In some cases the Support Team can ask you to provide the Early logs.

In order to catch this type of logs you have to configure the phone:

  1. Set the parameter log_early_to_flash to value "on"
    You can perform this step via HTTP Request:
    or via Provisioning:
    setting log_early_to_flash=on
  2. Reboot the phone and wait
  3. Connect to http://phoneIP/support.htm when the phone is fully reachable
  4. Open the early logs by click the blue links (open in another tab)
  5. Copy and past all the information in a txt file
  6. Attach the files into the ticketĀ
