In some cases the Support Team can ask you to provide the Early logs.
In order to catch this type of logs you have to configure the phone:
- Set the parameter log_early_to_flash to value "on"
You can perform this step via HTTP Request:
or via Provisioning:
- Reboot the phone and wait
- Connect to http://phoneIP/support.htm when the phone is fully reachable
- Open the early logs by click the blue links (open in another tab)
- Copy and past all the information in a txt file
- Attach the files into the ticket
