A170 keeps ringing twice after call is taken somewhere else

We are currently evaluating the A170 headset with a D345. The D345 is part of a call queue where incoming calls ring on multiple phones. If the incoming phone call is answered by another user, the A170 headset rings two more times after the the call has been answered (and the display of the D345 displays that the call was answered somewhere else).
Is there a way to have the headset stop ringing as soon as the call is gone? (we didn't have that issue on the Poly CS540 that was connected to that very phone before)
