Caso # 63140 inoltrato: "Richiesta RMA"


a customer of us (NFON), bought N°12 pcs of D712, he was able to register 11 phones with his PBX. 

One of those units shows problem with sip registration and PBX receives nothing from this device.

Customer tried to reset the phone several times, the tested old fw version and also the latest one, but problem still persists. 

What can we do?

Do you need a syslog trace? 

do we can try to recovery the fw by tftp procedure before proceeding? 

something else?
