hope you can give me a hint how to solve my issue. We will move from our on prem CRM to a cloud version in close future and that means our Asterisk has no more direct access to the CRM.
Right now we are using a real nice feature...we see who is calling us....I belive for future I have to export the customerbase to a offline database,....phonebook.
Can u recommend me a way how Snom-Phones can connect to such phonebook?
