We are seeing issues with LDAP reverse lookup on incoming calls.
We have tested config on a D735 and everything works correctly, it displays the users name on the phone for an incoming calls, rather than their phone number as expected.
On the D785 , with the exact same config the users name is not shown. Has anyone else had this issue?
Running snomD785-SIP 10.1.54.13
Running a pcap for the D785 I can see that the LDAP lookup is being performed correctly and 1 result is being returned, the phone is just not displaying it.

switching off the setting prioritise asserted under web user interface/Advanced/Behavior solved the issue.
