Auflegen bei D385 funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich betreibe ein D385 an einer FritzBox 7590. Die Firmware des D385 ist die aktuelle Version snomD385-SIP 10.1.57.13.

Leider funktioniert das Auflegen nicht. Ich muss 2 bis 3x die "X" Taste drücken um ein Gespräch zu beenden. Wie kann ich das beheben?
