I recently deployed a Snom D385 and I noticed that when I place a caller on hold, the speaker button remains lit and a dial tone is heard through the speaker. I was able to change the setting so that the dial tone doesn't sound through the speaker when the handset is placed on hook but the speaker still remains on (green light). It this an issue with the phone? I am used to be able to "hang up" after the person has been place on hold. Hopefully this makes sense. Thank you.

Hi,
I've raised a private ticket for you about this since I'll need some files from you, and I'll come back there directly.

And please forgive me. The device I am needing help with is a Snom D785, not D385. Thank you.
