I have a Snom 821 VOIP phone. For some reason after changing my router and adding the same settings of my old router, my phone is working and connecting the router, but when i receive calls or try to access my voicemail there is no audio. what are the exact settings to configure into my router. It seems a one way audio problem.

Dear Guest,
one way audio problems are 90% related to NAT and router. You need to check the type of nat configured on your device and allow RTP port range.
Unfortunately Snom 821 is in EoL and we don't provide anymore support on it.

Thanks for your understanding.
