I can’t connect my Snom 717D phone to OpenVPN

I can’t connect my Snom 717D phone to OpenVPN.

The latest firmware for the phone from the official site is installed, a patch for VPN is installed. An OpenVPN server has been created, tested for operability, including with settings that are downloaded to the phone. Any client works with these settings except the phone. What information must be provided in order to receive assistance? Please check the information on the SNOM website that the phone supports the following types of encryption:

DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA

DHE-DSS-AES256-SHA

AES256-SHA

EDH-RSA-DES-CBC3-SHA

EDH-DSS-DES-CBC3-SHA

EXP-EDH-RSA-DES-CBC-SHA

EXP-EDH-DSS-DES-CBC-SHA

EXP-DES-CBC-SHA

EXP-RC2-CBC-MD5

The OpenVPN server only supports:
