I think after a firmware update the phone is not booting. Is there a possibility to write the firmware via USB to the phone or do I have to create a RMA via the distribution?
Dear Franz,
usually the only way to recover a phone is to perform the TFTP recovery:

Unfortunately from the image that you posted, seems that the phone is unable to do the initial bootup.
In this case you can only do a RMA, asking to your distributor.
