Admin password not set every time I reboot the phone

Hi, I have various models of SNOM D785, D12. I set an admin password and save, but every time i reboot the phone or uplug and plug back in it says ADMIN PASSWORD NOT SET. How can I stop this from Happening?

Firmware on D785 is snomD785-10.1.51.12-SIP-r.bin

and D712 is snomD712-10.1.51.12-SIP-r.bin
