I have issues with my SNOMs (tried with 370 and 710) on my new PBX (elmeg be.ip in addition to) when moving calls: As a precautionary measure, I totally reset all phones by means of TFTP and just entered the client information.

Hi,
Unfortunately the Snom 710 and 370 are out of support products, if you can please try with some new phones with the latest firmware and if the issue persist please raise a ticket and we'll investigate.
