Snom D725 Unify OSBiz transfer

Hi there,


we are using a Snom D725 and a D785 with our Unify OpenScape Business. With the phone set up as SIP everything seems to be working fine, I can receive and make calls, transfer calls, etc. But if I am transfered by another OSBiz user, the person I am transfered to cannot hear me and I cannot hear them.


Does anyone know the OZbiz or have an idea what setting to change to solve this?
