On three different, brand new, Snom D385, the 5,8 and 0 digit keys are not working. Now, I'm far from being a novice in VoIP and I also have many years of experience with Snom phones.
Does anyone has any idea what is going on here? Is there any setting that might cause this?
All phones were bought from Amazon from two different suppliers which means that they don't provide support, they just replace the phones. But this all comes up to the same thing... they don't check the problem rather they send me another set which has the same issue.
All other keys are working fine, including the '*' and the '#'
Resetting to factory defaults and re-applying configuration didn't change a thing.
I have found no reference at all for this issue in Google.
Please help...
