A100M headset on D120 very sensitive and can hear the whole room.

Hi All,

We have A100M headsets on D120 handsets, and the mics are very sensitive.


Callers can hear the whole room, Its causing us some problems as sensitive information is being discussed.


is this by design? are there any noise cancelling setting or anything?

the mic looks like it has 2 holes in the mouth piece one facing towards the agent and one away.
