good day! We have problems connecting the phone SNOM D710, the first time you turn on the phone gets an IP address via DHCP, but after a while (20-30 seconds) the phone gives the error "new network policy 39/6/46" and restarts, after it does not get an IP address. The video in the attachment

Dear Alexandr,
the new network policy means that the phone receive a new vlan setting. Maybe via LLDP-MED from the switch.
Please check your network configuration.
Since there's already a support ticket, this topic will be closed.
Note: Snom D710 is in EoL.
Thanks for your understanding
Best regards
