Firmware: snomD385-SIP 10.1.42.14

Hi,

You can try to update the firmware on the D385 but keep in mind that this headset has not been tested on our side to work with the D385, you can find the list of tested headsets here

http://wiki.snom.com/New_Headset_list_including_D785

Please refer to all of the entries reporting "D3xx" for the D385, if not otherwise specified.

The only Bluetooth Plantronics headset is the Voyager Legend and it needs to be used with the USB Bluetooth dongle.

In some instances, bad code in a phone’s operating system can wreak havoc on a handset, and resetting your electronics won’t fix it. “Bluetooth is just one small piece of an overall operating system.
