Snom D785, D385 failed incoming calls

IP-PBX: ISKRATEL SI300.

Phones tested: Snom D785 (firmware 10.1.33.35), D385.


Problem description:

Phones D785 are registered on the PBX.


Outgoing calls from phones are succesfull.

Ingoing calls are constantly failing. Captured traffic shows there is 183 Session Progress response instead of 180 ringing (please see attached files).


Problem does not occur with Yealink IP-T48S in comparison.

What is the best way to solve the issue?

Just FYI, a ticket has been created and I've been working with the customer since the 12th of December to solve the problem, I currently am waiting for a feedback from Oleksandr
