Everything seems correct, at this point I think there are some issues with your internal network or with a proxy between the phone and the firmware server.
You could try and do it locally following one of these procedures:
- download the firmware file and use a local http server, in this case the link will be to the local http server and not to Snom's server anymore (there are a range of free http local servers online, like HFS, that you could install on your laptop)
- factory reset the single phone following this procedure (Snom_TFTP_reset) and using the last firmware: be aware that the second option will upgrade the firmware but reset the phone so do not choose it if you will not be able to bring back the entire phone configuration.

When I check to upgrade manually my firmware i'm not able for this message:
software update downloading firmware file not found Error: 99
