Snom D765 phones do not remember their VLAN ID settings after 2nd reboot. They configured via either web page GUI or local phone setting and everything works fine after the first reboot, but all VLAN ID info is gone after 2nd reboot.
Are you doing any auto-provisioning that may be over writing the settings? Are you using LLDP on the Network to set VLAN information via a policy? Can you upgrade to 8.9.3.80 and re-test?
