Automatically transfer a call when picked up

Hey, I know this is a rather strange question, but is there a way to transfer a call automatically to a specific destination when the callee picks it up? I want to every outbound call for a specific identity only to be redirected to an announcement first.

At the time I'm doing it manually by waiting until the callee picks up and then transferring him, but I'd like to automate that behaviour.

I've never worked with action urls and don't really understand how they work yet.

Did some testing now with a simple url, so the phone hangsup as soon as the call is connected.

The problems I see right now:

  • How to activate this behaviour only for outgoing calls from a specific identity?
  • Is there a way to toggle it on or off?
  • How do I do I do a transfer to a specific extension in a single URL?

Thank you in advance, I'll dig deeper into the documentation in the meantime.
