Multiple SNOM D765s Rebooting Every Few Minutes

I have two SNOM D765s which randomly reboot every few minutes. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason for this. Both SNOMS are on firmware version 8.9.3.61. I have them linked to a few Alphacom intercoms through an Alphacom XE1 Server.

Eugene,

Possible reasons for a reboot;

  • Network Settings Change - DHCP
  • LLDP-MED policy advertisement from Network Switches
  • Provisioning with updated settings changes that require reboot.

Here is some information on settings that require a reboot when changed.
