I am attempting to factory reset Snom 320 handsets for a customer we have inherited after an acquisition. Unfortunately, their previous managed services provider seems to have manually provisioned the handsets with custom firmare and the handset does not reset when pressing * Volume Up * Volume Down #
Unfortunately, the administrator password is also unknown as it was not given to us and the company that set it no longer exists. I have tried 0000 but, sadly, the password is something else.
Is there another method I can attempt to reset the handset without use of an administrator password?

Dear Callum,
please try with a TFTP recovery.
