I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my M65.  The current firmware version is:

Device M65 version:0318 Branch:0009

Please let me know firmware versions I need to progressively upgrade to in order to upgrade to the latest firmware.

My M700 is on firmware version:

Firmware Device M700 Version:0410 Branch:0014

You will have to associate first the M65 to the M700

then in the firmware menu you will have to follow the instruction explained on this web page

You do not need to update the Base as you have it already at the last official firmware release

You will need to populate the line for M65 with Required Version 410 and Branch 11

The update will be done through the air to upload the firmware on the Handsets

it may take a while

But one thing important is to have the handset on his docking station with power plugged in

During the update process you will not be able to make phone call
