Thank you for your response Catalina - still having the same issue but only with the Jabra 6430 not the newer Jabra Evolve 65.
BTW. I love the new GUI with the ability to change the colouring.

On incoming calls there is a ringing shrill in the background.
I'm using a Jabra 6430 headset.
I'm using the newest test firmware.

If you still have problems, it might be better to use one of the headsets on our supported list: https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/Supported+Headsets
