may I ask if the headset in object are compatible with voip phone snom 300?

Hi David,

Unfortunately, according to the data sheets these are not compatible.

The compatibility list can be found here:

Compatible landline telephones:
· Snom D3xx series
· Snom D7xx series
· Snom 7xx series
