SNOM 710 showing 2 hours behind

All our SNOM phones are showing 2 hours behind, yealink phones for example are OK, all working with our timezone and NTP server.

Hello,


Posting here the solution we found via the ticket.


The setting utc_offset was provisioned as read-only:
<utc_offset perm="R"></utc_offset>


This can prevent the NTP system from setting the time correctly.

The proposed solution was to change the permission flag to "RW" for setting utc_offset and then re-provision the phone.
