Is the light still blinking after factory reset?

Dear Support Technician,
We have a cliente that has this Snom model reporting a blinking red light on the device.
Mac Address is: 000413617E71
Serial number is: CHNFL29011862034
They tried with several network configurations, without success.
We would like to know if it is still under warranty and if we can schedule RMA.
