can't attribute new handset

Hi.


When i try to add new extension on M700. (I select new handset)

Then i must have FFFFFFF IPEI from handset and then choose an Handset.

But i have already an Handset attributed automatically. And this handset is from an other extension and already active ... So i'm blocked

Hi Florent, 


It could be that your base station receives this configuration from the provisioning server. Do you have a "Configuration Server Address:" under Management -> Configuration?


If not, than you could try to delete the incorrect extension and add it again.
