MAC Removal

Hello,


we recently acquired a company with a cloud pbx and 3 snom370. 

2 of the 3 work very well, but the third is not able to get provisioned via the cloud pbx (NFON).


Their technician couldnt help me either - he said I should request the MAC removal from your servers, so we can initialize the autoprovision once again.
