Snom M300 default password not working

I installed a SNOM M300 base in our network. Autoprovisioning worked, but I can't access over the webinterface using admin/admin oder admin/password or admin/0000 or admin/1234 oder admin/<last 6 sigits of MAC address> - not even after a reset.

Hi Catalina,

thanks for your input, I found it in the admin settings of Placetel under administration -> settings -> telephone security

Hi Patrick,

Can you check the autoprovisioning file? It is probably containing as well the login credentials (look for http_user and http_pass).

Hi Catalina,

we ware using the autoprovisioning feature of our sip provider "Placetel". I can't check the autoprovisioning file.
