beim eingehenden Anruf klingeln unsere Teefone nicht und nehmen automatisch die Anrufe an. Es betrifft alle Telefone bis auf eins und die Einstellungen scheinen überall gleich zu sein. Woran kann dies liegen, bzw wie lösen wir das Problem.

It sounds like the phones are receiving INVITE message with the alert info header set to Auto-Answer / Intercom. Something like this;
Alert info: <http://www.notused.com>; info = alert-autoanswer; delay = 0 "
Check your SIP log on to the INVIT message to an extension with the issue and look for the alert info header. This is probably the result of a PBX setting.
