Let me explain the constellation. We have two Snom D785 (10.1.20.0) phones. Both phones are configured with transfer_on_hangup=true. The first identity is configured with the personal identity (Alice and Bob) of the owner. The second identity is configured with a general identity (Central).
Somebody is calling Central
The phone from Alice and Bob is ringing
Bob takes the call
On the phone from Alice there is one missed call (not so good, but technically fully explainable)
Bob holds the call and calls Alice
Bob hangs up
The call is transfered to Alice
But now in the missed call list from Alice there is an entry that there is a missed call from Bob. I think I can technically explain what happened, but is there an opportunity that the call from Bob is not listed as missed call in Alice' phone?

It was a misconfiguration at my PBX. The phone has already set the right options (http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/sip_cancel_reasons_to_ignore_missed_call).
