I have been trying to set up our M300 base unit - but when I enter the IP address into my web browser, I am unable to access the Web User Interface:
“This site can’t be reached
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX took too long to respond”
Any ideas why this might be, please?
Can you try as well to put https://IP in the browser?
Are you able to ping the phone? If yes, are you able to telnet to port 80?
Maybe you can try factory reset?
