Yes I am the owner of the phone I would like removing, it was purchased pre-owned though.
At the moment we are cannot remove Vodafone branded phones or DeLAN phones from the service.
It is not branded by a third party.
If your phone is locked to a provider please contact the provider and ask them to remove it.If they do not know how to do it please ask them to confirm that the removal is ok. Then please fill a support request keeping in CC the provider.
I don't believe this phone is locked to a provider, it has been working for us for a few months now without issue until a power failure led to it restarting and provisioning, unfortunately the access codes were not written down at the time of purchase / setup and so I will need to update the firmware if we can remove the provisioning here?
