D785 connected to Avaya PBX, can't pickup phone

Hi,

we try to connect to 2 SIP-providers.

The 1st one (Cloud PBX) is auto-provisioned and is working as expected.

The second one is an internal Avaya PBX, located at another office.

I can connect to the PBX, and I can place a call to another number.

But when someone is calling me, I can't pickup the phone. It goes into some kind of 'waiting' status and the other side gets my voicemail.

Firmware on the phone is 10.1.17.0.

Does someone has an idea how to fix this ?

Thank you.

best regards,

Cyril

Hi Cyril,

Is the second identity registered? You can see this under System Information, check if the identity status is OK

Is the phone ringing when someone is calling you?

Thanks

Catalina

Dear Catalina,

yes, id2 is registered.

Cyril

Is the phone ringing when someone is calling you?

yes it is

And if you press the "OK"-key (the one that looks like a checkbox) while the phone is ringing, is the call not being answered?

Also the same situation. Busy tone at the phone which is ringing, and the caller is getting a message that the call is being answered by the answering machine.
