M700 and M65 ringing issue

Hi all,

I have this scenario: M700 and M65 handset all running 380B5 FW over broadsoft PBX platform.


Almost every call some handset in same HG do not ring.


Below the syslog of one call with this issue that in this case affect use XXX1 and XX2

It seems the 2 user are busy for speech but they aren't !

Platform issue?

The M700 supports up to 5 Wideband calls in standalone mode and 4 in a Multicell

I am going to assume "HG" stands for Hunt Group. It would seem that the 5 handsets above would support 5 Wideband calls.  However, 1 outbound call from line 2 (Pmid:00002) appears to be occurring simultaneously with the incoming call to line 1 (Pmid:00001) in your Hunt Group.

It would appear to be something in your configuration.  Why is the outgoing call occurring on line 2 (Pmid:00002)?
