I have this scenario: M700 and M65 handset all running 380B5 FW over broadsoft PBX platform.
Almost every call some handset in same HG do not ring.

The M700 supports up to 5 Wideband calls in standalone mode and 4 in a Multicell

I am going to assume "HG" stands for Hunt Group. It would seem that the 5 handsets above would support 5 Wideband calls. However, 1 outbound call from line 2 (Pmid:00002) appears to be occurring simultaneously with the incoming call to line 1 (Pmid:00001) in your Hunt Group.
