Snom losing connection until rebooted

I am having an issue with a SNOM PA1 connected to a 3CX system.   The Snom will work for 2-3 days before it becomes disconnected.   At this point I am unable to ping/http access the device unless it is rebooted.   I have the device set to a static IP address and it is in my main equipment room connected directly to the main network switch.    Anyone know why this might keep happening?   Thanks

Pete,

What version of firmware is on the PA1?  Does the LED on the PA1 change color when this issue occurs? What kind of activity is occurring on the LED the PA1 is connected to on your Switch? Do you see Tx and Rx traffic? If you login to the Switch do you see the Tx and Rx counters increment?

I believe both lights on Red and Green.    I do not have a smart switch connected to verify if there is tx/rx and unfortunately also cannot access the log file as it is reset on reboot.   I have it on a static IP but even this is not accessible when it loses connection.   I assigned the provisioning via the 3CX console as well as attempted to wipe and manually configure the identity.   Either way same issue.

It is on Firmware 8.7.5.75

Pete,

Can you downgrade the PA1 to 8.7.5.35 and monitor the issue to see if it persists?

Sean,

I just updated the firmware to see if it would resolve the issue from 8.7.5.35 2 days ago.

Pete,

Did the upgrade resolve the issue?

Sean,

It has been ok for a couple days, but it had gone that long before.   I assume if it stays up for a week it should be all set.
