m300

Hello,

i tried to update the firmware of our m300 / m25 DECT Basestations / Phones. But on the firmware upgrade page is no "branch field". I tried several combinations, but I failed to upgrade the phones.

Howto enter the upgrade data correctly?

Rafael,

You can try doing the TFTP method if the Web UI method is not working. Or you could host the files locally on your own HTTP Server and do the upgrade.

What version of firmware is currently on the Base stations?

03.24.0012

Hello,

i did some more investigation and found the following entry in the syslog:

[ Base FWU Not started. Server address not resolved yet.]

DNS is working for sure and the internet access is working as well.

Any hints,

Rafael.
