DTMF

Hello,


we have a problem, which is simmilar to the following 


● SAP-609 FIX: Snom 710 / D710: Loss of DTMF or Call Waiting tone after ~280 calls received
● SAP-1573 FIX: Snom 710 / D710: DTMF (in-band) stopped working after ~400 calls and needs a reboot to recover it

But we don't use 710 / D710 - we have D375/D345 phones. And all of them struggle with DTMF problems as described. The Problem started with 8.9.3.66 and the 8.9.3.80 did not fix the Problem.


When will the fix be available for the D3X5 phones?

Hi Sean, is there already an solution for this problem? We actually trying the variable <user_dtmf_info idx="1" perm="">on</user_dtmf_info>, don't know if it will fix it but a fix via firmware would be great.

3CX has just released version 15.5 Update 6. This version contains the patch 8.9.3.96 for Snom phones, which fixes the issues with DTMF

Hi Sean, we don't use a 3CX pbx. Is there a way to download the firmware somewhere else?

This forum post pertains to an issue with DTMF and 3CX. What are the particulars of the issue you are experiencing?



We experience these problems with an elastix pbx, the predecessor of the 3CX, same issues.
