Snom M700 ends call after 15 minutes

Hello


We're currently in the process to migrate to another SIP provider and we have an issue with the new provider. All outgoing calls are terminated after 15-16 minutes by the Snom M700 phones. Only outgoing calls via the new provider are affected, there's no issue with incoming calls or outgoing calls on other providers. We also use the 3CX softphone from our PBX and we don't have this issue with the softphones.


When I look into wireshark on the PBX server, I can see that the Snom is sending a SIP Bye after around 960 seconds. There's an incoming SIP Re-Invite from our new provider at around 900 seconds. So I guess it has something to do with the re-invite.


You can find a syslog attached. At line 1555 (or 08:03:33) you can see the following message:


UATASK: Call Released CallId#0201 with cause 910


What does that mean? Why is the called released?
