We are an business IT service provider and intend to become a Snom partner. At the moment we have DECT equipment on loan for us and our customers from Snom. 2x M700 base stations and each 1 M25, M65 and M85. We were able to successfully get this configuration up and running, including multi-cell operation. It worked for several days and we used it for calls. After we had reset both base stations for testing, we now have the problem, that we can't access the web interface of one of the two M700, while the other M700 works fine.
Only a reset was made via the button on the back of both M700. Wiring and network configuration has not changed. The base stations still have the same IP addresses as before the reset. A successful ping indicates that the M700 is in the network. However, we can not access the web interface with the IP address via the web browser. Tested with different browsers. Page not accessible.
Further resets also brought no success. What can we do?
Thanks

Hello Luca. Yes, we did it as it is written in the M700 admin guide. Hold the button, first the led becomes orange and after 10 seconds it becomes red. I also tried holding it for much longer. We also cut off the power by unplugging the station over a longer period of time to see if it works afterwards. We did this several times now but with no success. Can a reset go wrong?
