We have 2 snom 320 phones where the web password and the admin password are lost/unknown.
We have used a local tftp server to successfully install the latest snom320.bin firmware to both phones (188.8.131.52).
We are still unable to access administrator mode on the phone or via the phone webserver.
What else do I need to do?
It sounds like your phones are either;
A) getting redirected by our Redirection Server to a Provisioning Server for their settings or
B) they are being provisioning on your Network via DHCP or Plug-n-Play
I can check our RDS for the phones if you send the MAC addresses to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
