Second line (phone0000000) in context area whilst ringing?

Good Evening!

Currently trialling a snom D315 and noticed when an incoming call is ringing the display shows phone2564413 in the second line of the context area with a symbol that isn't covered by the user manual (photo attached).

Does anyone know what this is / what it's trying to show? The 2564413 is the Gradwell extension number (of the phone being called) but I'm not sure where the phone bit is coming from or what purpose it serves.

I also cannot find any settings that seem related to it. Ideally I'd like it not to appear (and even better for the incoming call name/number to display 'full screen' in the larger edit font that is used during dialling).

Firmware version is 8.9.3.60

Cheers, Chris.
