How can configure a IP address static.

You could use our Support tool (SPLiT) and configure the DHCP Server on it to assign an IP to the M700. Once you configure the M700 with a Static IP address you can disable DHCP on SPLiT. SPLiT can be found here along with a screen shot of its interface.
