Hi there, Our business currently has SNOM 870 phones and have recently moved to a new company for our NBN service. The phones now DO NOT work with our new provider.
Can you advise if our phones are NBN FTTN compatible or have they set up something wrong our end?

"NBN FTTN" is this your Internet Service you're referring to? If so you may want to contact your Re-seller that originally installed your phones and ask for their assistance with this matter.
