I am having an issue after deploying an M700 with multiple M65 handsets. The base station and the handsets are on the latest version (355.25) and each handset is registered to our PABX.
The problem is with performing transfers/hold/conference functions. If you RECEIVE a call, you can perform the above tasks easily. If you MAKE a call and then attempt to put the caller on hold, the button does nothing. Same goes for the transfer button and the conference button - nothing happens. Its almost like they are disabled.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
Troubleshooting so far:
- Base station and handsets rebooted
- handsets master reset
- base station factory reset
- changed IP addresses
- tried different handsets and different base stations
- tried earlier firmware (324)
Any help would be much appreciated.
