MAC removal from provisioning

Hi,

i'm presently preparing the reconfiguration of several phones for my customer (switching from snom server to FreePBX)

I'm testing one of his phone (000413707E57) before deploying and reconfiguring all the others

I had to do a factory default and to update the firmware via TFTP.

Now the phone is locked to the following Setting URL:
http://provisioning.snom.com/snom720/snom720.php?mac={mac}

I've read on the old forum that we need to ask you to remove the phones from your server

Can you do this for all the phones even if they are not reconfigured yet ?

their MAC are:

 000413761DB8

000413707A33

000413707947

 000413707E57

00041370794F

 000413707A27

00041330A707

00041330A670

Hello Patrick,

None of these MAC address are registered in our redirection service.

However, you have to know that all Snom phones will query the Snom provisioning redirection server at boot, and then fallback to other provisioning methods (PnP, DHCP option 66 etc.) if no redirection is found.
