Please delete the MAC 00041379247D .

Thanks

The MAC address is not on our Redirection Server. If you need to remove the Provisioned settings and provisioning links you will need to do a factory reset of the phone. This appears to be the MAC address of a D745. You can factory reset the phone by;

1. Press **## on the phone keypad and immediately press and hold the # key down.

2. Hold the # key down for about 15 - 25 seconds until the phone boots into the recovery menu.

3. Select option 1 to reset the phone to it's default settings.

4. Press any key when prompted to.

5. The phone will boot up into it's default factory settings and all previous settings should be erased.

Note: If you are using PnP or DHCP Provisioning the phone could be re-provisionined.
